Killer Guppies Cardio Challenge
Call all Guppies!! Have we got a challenge for you!!
As some of you heard, as an effort for us to be the fittest we can be, our fitness staff has concocted a challenge for us to achieve each week. Last week, our goal was to hit 2000 minutes of cardio exercise as a team. This week our goal is 1000 floors!! Think about it, if 25 people manage to walk 40 floors this week, then we’ll hit our max. That’s only 25 people. Say 40 people particpated, then that’s only 25 floors.
But think how easy it is to walk up a flight of steps instead of taking the elevator. Not to mention working out your gluts and thighs! So come on Guppies, let’s show the fitness staff that we mean business!!
